Fire training crucial to Citgo fuel storage plan in Braintree
The board of license commissioners has decided that storage of ethanol and bio-diesel fuel should be allowed at the Citgo Petroleum terminal on 385 Quincy Ave. as long as the fire department participates in a successful training exercise within the next month, but chairman Joseph Powers thinks that Citgo should have been required to pay for all, not half, of it.
